나이아가라대학은 대부분의 학과들이 co-op과정을 제공하고 있어 졸업 후 취업이 용이합니다. 그렇기에 유아교육학과 또한 실습과정이 잘 되어 있습니다. 수업은 이론수업과 실습수업을 각각 50%으로 진행하고 있습니다. 실습은 영유아부터 초등학생들을 대상으로 각기 다른장소로 실습을 나가도록 하고 있습니다. 총 의무적으로 600시간의 실습을 나가야만 졸업이 가능하세요.재학생들의 졸업비율은 90% 이며 졸업생들의 93%가 졸업 후 6개월 이내에 취업이 되셨답니다. 졸업후 급여는: $18,000 ~ $37,543 입니다. 평균 $24,270의 급여를 받으신답니다.
